Last month we did a spotlight on our partner, The 1040 Initiative. We love the work they do in Cote d'Ivoire. Just a few days ago their team landed in Cote d'Ivoire and will spend the next two weeks providing medical care, hosting events for children, and doing construction projects.

Construction, Water, and Generosity

Construction is winding down on our house! We are waiting on kitchen cabinets to be built and installed and screens installed on all the windows, then we can start moving in! We were hoping to be moved in before the end of this month, but I guess it’s going to be closer to the end of February.

Construction Update #9

The residence (apartment, office, infirmary) has been busy the last 2 days! The electrical outlets and switches are installed. The ceiling fans and most of the other lights are installed.

The Month of God Stretching Me

December has been an emotional month for our family. I (Tawnya) made the long journey from Cote d’Ivoire to Tulsa to return Aubry to live with her mom. But before we left, we spent a day at Grand Basaam on the beach.
