The vision for Place or Refuge Global began out of a partnership with 1040i. They allotted land to be used for the Solace Family Home and began Place of Refuge Global’s relationship with the people of Cote d’Ivoire. 1040i is devoted to giving life in Cote d’Ivoire by providing water, health, and education initiatives.
